When the kids were riding bikes yesterday i noticed 2 things; 1 Emelia was way to big for her little 12 inch i got at the thrift store this summer (she has gotten so tall the last few months) and 2nd Luke's bike (which i paid $5 for a a garage sale) front tire was bent. So off we went to get some new bikes. since i had never bought a new bike for either of them i didn't feel too bad paying for new ones. We had to go to two stores but ended up with two new Huffys that the kids are thrilled with. Lukes is still a 16inch because the 18 inch was still too big, but even if it only fits him for a year or two he can pass it down to Zackery. If anyone is interested in the old bikes they are up for grabs, just keep in mind Luke's old bike needs a new front tire. if no one wants them i am taking them to the DI trailer.
