stress

right now i would have to say that i am under a higher than normal amount of stress. we are closing on this house in 6 days and will have a high mortgage payment to fit into our already tight budget. I went to give our rental agency our "notice of intent to vacate" and they informed me that i still have 2 months not 1 left on my lease!! how a 1 year lease signed Nov. 1st is over Nov. 30th instead of oct.30 (which would be 12 months) i'm not sure. they told me "your lease didn't actually begin till dec.1 thats why" HOW DOES A LEASE SIGNED ON NOVEMBER FIRST NOT START TILL DECEMBER FIRST!!??? what about November? i was not happy. the sellers refuse to move the closing date to oct. 1st which means in November we get to pay rent and mortgage which will be over $3,000.00. when you add in all the expenses of closing, moving and preparing our rental house i'm afraid we won't have any savings left. did i mention that this is all happening during our already crazy birthdays and Christmas months??? plus the rental agency gave me a 3 page list of cleaning that needs to be done in order to get our deposit back. Mike tells me to have faith, that everything is going to work out. I'm glad to have his strength to rely on right now because all i feel like doing is curling up in a corner and crying. I think the only thing that keeps me going is knowing how many friends and family i have who are ready and willing to help me out. My mom and her friend Paulette are coming up one weekend to paint our new house along with my best friend cynthia. my mom has also promised to come up every weekend we need her to help with cleaning, packing, painting, whatever we need. ok, i'm done whining now, i am glad to have this forum to get out some of these thoughts.
