Zackery has outgrown his infant carrier seat and we had to buy a new seat, we decided to get Luke a new seat that goes from a 5 point harness (to 80 lbs) and then changes to a high back booster. I really want luke in a 5 point harness for as long as possible- at least 6. i know some people think that boosters are safe for kids his age, but first of all he is not 4o lbs yet and i have heard that boosters are not as safe as we all think they are. and upon doing some reading i am thinking of turning Emelia's car seat back to rear-facing, she still has 5 pounds till she is too heavy for more info check out this website http://www.car-safety.org/ if you think i'm a little crazy for being so carefull about carseats watch theseyou-tube videos and you might see my point-of-view better. i'm not trying to offend anyone, this is just something i feel strongly about.
