update

We have had a fun month. Elliott is now 10 weeks old and growing like a weed, he is already out of 0-3 month clothes and into 3-6 month size! I am very grateful to a dear friend who is giving us her sons hand-me-downs, its been a lifesaver (i gave everything away after Zackery). Elliott is a super mellow happy baby. He loves to sleep, babble, smile, be held, eat and mostly he loves to be talked to. He loves his siblings and lights up when they are around. He sleeps from 11:30 till 5:30 or 6:00 every night and that is really just plain awesome. at his two month check up he weighed 13 lbs and was 23 inches long which puts him in the 90th percentile for weight and the 30th for height! the doctor said he looks great, we had a little scare with his first PKU tests coming back abnormal, but a third came back normal so we are very thankful for that. Elliott is such a joy and we are so glad he joined our little family.
Zackery is now potty trained, which is awesome. He loves his baby brother and always wants to hold him and help me out, he is even known to help change a diaper now and then. Zackery Loves super heroes and cars, he loves to be read to and is learning his letter very quickly.
Emelia is loving preschool and making lots of new friends. Her class is almost all boys and she doesn't seem to mind that one bit. She is a little mommy to Elliott, she even changes his diapers (with a little help) she loves to pick out his outfits and is always willing to help me out by holding or playing with him. She is writing better and better and is learning her letter sound, well on her way to reading. Em is very very excited to go to kindergarten this fall.

Luke is doing great, he is loving first grade and really learning a lot. his teacher loves science so that is perfect for him. he enjoyed a recent visit from the science center- all about engineering. Luke has a real knack for math (which he did NOT get from me) his reading is really coming a long,  he is even beginning to read in the book of Mormon.
As for mike and I we are busy as ever, Mikes work is super busy, but that is good. I am adjusting to being a mom of 4. i really do love having a newborn again, i love babies!! We are busy this week getting ready to go to Utah for spring break to visit Mikes family, who haven't seen the kids in 2.5 years, so we are really excited to show them off.
All things considered life is awesome at the Jensen house right now. I love my family!!
