proof that I am completely mental

As long as Luke has been able to speak he has been asking for a lizard. He has made countless lists, telling us all the things he will do to care for a lizard, he has begged, cried, and lost sleep over it. Luke loves animals, the stranger the better. He has a very scientific mind and loves learning all about every aspect of creatures he finds interesting. anyway, we decided to give in and this Christmas he received all the equipment needed to house a leopard gecko, with the promise that after we return home we can get one. Today was gecko day. He was so excited. he decided to name him "gecko" .
