so, my hard drive has crashed (on my PC)!!!!! i lost a ton of pictures and other documents!! plus i can't get online, print or just about anything!! argg.. i don't know if i got a virus, or what. i have a filter that is supposed to block viruses! i am very frustrated, this computer is only 1 year old!!! thank goodness for my laptop! i am glad we bought an external hard drive and saved our pictures, but that was about 6 months ago, so i lost about 6 months of my pictures! i'm hoping they are somewhere in my computer and can be salvaged somehow, so if anyone out there knows how to resuscitate a computer we could use some help! what a headache!
