i stayed up late last night to make ANOTHER cake for Emelia's birthday after the first one turned out too small. i left it out on the counter to cool and this morning my lovely dog jumped up on the counter and took a big bite out of the side!!! he has Never gotten food off the counter before!! of course it had to be the good cake he ate.... the reject one was only a few feet away!! so into the oven goes #3! i really enjoy making my kids birthday cakes but this one might be the end of me!
