After a long drawn out painful wait we FINALLY got word today that the sellers bank has accepted our short-sale offer!! so all thats left now is our mortgage stuff, and since we have been pre-approved for more than our offer that should not be a problem! I am really excited, while this is in no means our "dream house" we really like it and best of all it is UNDER our budget. (those of you who know me well i'm sure are very shocked that I stayed under a budget!!)
